I a full time professional hypnotherapist and I work from my consultation room in Ash, which is located between Farnham, Godalming and Guildford, with clients coming to me from all over Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire areas. My main goal is to help people overcome the fears which may be holding them back in life, to get rid of unwanted habits that restrict personal development and help people achieve what they never thought possible – in their sporting, business or personal lives.

How did I get into hypnotherapy? It was a combination of my own use of self-hypnosis for both stress relief and also to help with my personal interest in running, that I was drawn to learn more about hypnotherapy. After first-hand experience of how powerful hypnotherapy can really be, I developed a passion for applying these techniques to also help other people achieve their full potential in life.

Whilst I use hypnosis to help people with a wide range of issues, I have a personal interest in sports and fitness and offer specialist services for both amateur sports people and elite athletes alike. Whatever your sport and whatever level you play at, hypnotherapy can help improve performance at many levels, including overcoming competition nerves or assisting with injury recovery. Because every client is different, I take care to make sure I offer a very client-centred approach and the first session will always include an in-depth consultation to ensure I meet the individual needs of everyone I work with.

• Certificate in Sports Hypnosis (The UK College of Cognitive & Behavioural Therapies)
• NLP Practitioner (The Coaching Academy)
• EFT Practitioner (Key2Empowerment, accredited by the National Hypnotherapy Society)
